Natalie Hyatt Natalie Hyatt has over 19 years of professional experience in organizational development. She is a certified executive coach, having received her training and certification from the acclaimed Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (IPEC), one of only 12 schools worldwide that is fully accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). In addition, Natalie is certified to deliver Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Emotional Intelligence assessments, and is a member of the International Coach Federation.

Natalie has worked with Fortune 500 companies including Citibank, Discover Card, Sprint PCS and most recently serves a Vice President for Washington Mutual. Her experience and training provides the additional tools to effectively partner with clients through their desired change. Natalie earned her BA in Psychology from Miami University, Oxford, OH.

Rabbi Scott Looper Rabbi Scott Looper was ordained in 1989 from the HUC- JIR in Cincinnati, Ohio. He received a BA in English from the University of California, Berkeley. Going on his thirteenth year as the Rabbi for Congregation Or Shalom in Vernon Hills, IL, he is well respected for his keen understanding and ability to relate well to all congregants, young and old alike. His congregants have also benefited from his adept ability in communication, both written and verbal. His sermons speak to current issues with a bit of humor thrown in. Rabbi Looper's community outreach extends to youth camps, volunteer chaplain for a local police department, Executive Officer on the Board of Jewish Family and Community Service, Lake Forest Hospital Pastoral Care Advisory committee, and is a founding member of Lake County United. He is a currently a mentor in the CCAR's Joint Commission of the Rabbinic Mentoring Institute. Scott's diverse experiences have allowed him the opportunities to hone his relationship building skills and parlay those into a highly sought after Rabbinic Consultant.
